QUALITY MONITORING AND QUALITY SYSTEMS

The Health and Social Care Act 2008 requires the Registered Person to:

  • Establish and maintain a quality system
  • Review and improve quality of care
  • Make quality system reports available if required
  • Consult with residents/clients and stakeholders
